Saudi Arabia requires your fingerprints and photograph before an Umrah visa is issued. You do this yourself in the official Saudi Visa Bio app — it is free and takes a few minutes.
Visas are usually approved within 24 hours of your biometrics being completed — so the sooner you enrol, the sooner you have it.
Exact entry and exit dates
Your entry and exit dates are registered with the visa, so we need them exactly. This is a government rule for tracking arrivals, stays and departures.
If the registered dates do not match your travel, the authorities can refuse entry on arrival. Tell us as soon as your plans change and we will update them before you fly.

Umrah visas start from €180 per person, which includes a 10-day stay permit. Extra days are €5 each. The final price depends on your nationality and the season, and we confirm the total before you pay.
How long can I stay in Saudi Arabia?
The standard visa includes a 10-day stay permit. If you want longer, add extra days at €5 per day when you apply — tell us how long you intend to stay and we handle the rest.
What documents do I need?
A passport valid for at least six months from your travel date, a clear scan of the passport photo page, and a recent passport-style photograph. If you live in Europe on a residence permit, have that to hand too.
How long does the visa take?
Most Umrah visas are approved within 24 hours of your biometrics being completed in the Saudi Visa Bio app. The clock starts at biometric enrolment, not at application, so completing that step promptly is what determines how quickly you get your visa. Once approved, your eVisa is sent by email and appears in your account on our portal.
Do you book flights and hotels too?
Yes. The €180 price is for the visa only, but our Makkah team also arranges hotels, airport transfers and ziyarah tours. Request a full package quote and we will price your whole trip.
What happens if my visa is declined?
You get your money back. Payment is taken in advance, and if your application is declined for any reason we refund it in full. We also check your documents before submitting, so a refusal is rare.
Do I need to give fingerprints?
Yes. Saudi Arabia requires every Umrah pilgrim to enrol their fingerprints and a photograph in the official Saudi Visa Bio app before the visa can be issued. It is free, takes a few minutes on your phone, and we send you the link and instructions once you apply.
Why do you need my exact travel dates?
Saudi authorities require your exact entry and exit dates to be registered with the visa. If the dates we submit do not match your travel, you can be refused entry on arrival. Tell us as soon as your dates change and we will update them before you fly.
